Job summary

Sonos is seeking a Professional Trainer for the EMEA region to bring engaging educational moments to life across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by training partners in the Professional channel. The role requires expertise in consumer electronics and home networking, plus a passion for storytelling to diverse audiences.

Ideal candidate has deep AV industry experience, strong public speaking skills, and the ability to collaborate with global and regional teams.

Qualifications

3-5 years in the professional AV industry (sales, installation, or education)
Proven success with enthusiastic public speaking and on-camera presentations
Effective communication, adapting to audience needs
Fluent in English

Responsibilities

Present engaging educational content in-person, webinars, and live events
Speak to audiences across professional audio-video installation and retail electronics
Adapt communication style to audience and setting
Collaborate remotely or in-person to improve training experiences
Work with regional teams to share best practices across EMEA
Coordinate with distributor partners to reinforce training messages
Develop deep knowledge of Sonos hardware and software solutions
Continue to build on Sonos'' best-in-class training legacy
