Job summary

Xe, a global leader in currency exchange and payments, is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to lead ERP and API integrations from first pitch to go-live. You will scope requirements, run product demos, and own timelines and delivery across cross-functional teams.

You will become the trusted technical advisor to prospects, clients and partners, guiding them to the best-fit platform solutions while ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales or integration management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms like Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Sage.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of API integrations and RESTful architectures.

Responsibilities

• Become the trusted technical advisor to prospects, clients and partners.
• Develop integrated solutions guiding prospects to best-fit options.
• Deliver demos highlighting features and customize delivery.
• Own end-to-end technical onboarding through go-live.
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, compliance and engineering.
