The ideal candidate has 5+ years in EMEA payroll/tax compliance, experience with audits, and proficiency in Workday or ADP Global View. You will collaborate with HR, Legal, and Tech to drive compliant payroll processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in EMEA payroll and tax compliance.
• Experience with internal risk reviews of payroll compliance.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems like Workday or ADP Global View.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement EMEA-wide payroll compliance frameworks.
• Monitor regional payroll compliance and update policies.
• Ensure payroll operations meet labor, tax, and other laws.
• Develop country-level payroll compliance white papers.
• Translate regulatory changes into operational guidance.
• Support system development and automation for payroll compliance.
• Coordinate with government authorities and regulators.
• Partner with HR Tech, Product, and Legal on payroll systems.
• Manage audits and regulatory inquiries across the region.
