Job summary

Cyara is seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager in the EMEA region to lead onboarding, enablement, and growth of strategic partners across our ecosystem. This role recruits, onboards, and manages relationships with AI providers, GSIs, and consultants, with deep CX industry and partner-management experience.

You will negotiate contracts, develop joint go-to-market plans, and align partner capabilities with Cyara's business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in partner management or business development.
  • Based in EMEA with ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience with CX, AI, CCaaS, or GSI partners.
  • Strong contract negotiation and program management skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Partner Manager in the EMEA region to lead the onboarding, enablement, and growth of strategic partners across our ecosystem. This role will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with partners including AI providers, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and consultants. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the Customer Experience (CX) industry, partner management, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Partner Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding our EMEA footprint, accelerating time-to-value for new partnerships, and ensuring successful alignment between partner capabilities and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across AI, CCaaS, GSI’s & consultants.
  • Negotiate partner agreements and legal onboarding documents.
  • Develop and execute partner onboarding processes, including business planning, enablement, training, and operational readiness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded partners during the initial engagement lifecycle.
  • Ensure partners are effectively integrated into sales, marketing, technical, and operational programs.
Partner Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships with partner organizations.
  • Develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies to drive mutual growth.
  • Monitor partner performance, engagement, and success metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partner influence, revenue contribution, and market reach.
Contract & Commercial Management
  • Lead partner contract negotiations in collaboration with legal, finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage partnership agreements, including commercial terms, compliance requirements, and renewal processes.Ensure all partnership engagements align with corporate governance and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to drive successful partner outcomes.
  • Coordinate enablement programs and ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge.
  • Act as the internal advocate for partner requirements and strategic initiatives.
Market & Industry Engagement
  • Stay informed on industry trends across CX, AI, CCaaS, Service Providers, and System Integrators.
  • Identify emerging partnership opportunities that support business growth and innovation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, business development, channel sales, alliances, or strategic partnerships.
  • Located in EMEA
  • Must have experience working with partnerships
  • Proven experience onboarding and managing partnerships within the Customer Experience (CX) industry.
  • Experience working with AI, CCaaS, Service Provider, and Global System Integrator (GSI) partners.
  • Strong background in partner contracts, commercial negotiations, and agreement management.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling partner programs.
  • Excellent relationship management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within cloud communications, contact center, customer experience, or SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems involving AI platforms, cloud providers, and CX technologies.
  • Experience developing joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with channel management and partner relationship management tools.
