JPMorganChase in London seeks a Vice President in the EMEA Metals & Mining Investment Banking team to lead execution across M&A, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity and debt raises. You will be the primary day-to-day client contact, driving workstreams and delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate junior bankers, guide technical/professional skill development, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage risk, timelines, and process.

Formación

• Demonstrated Investment Banking experience with Metals & Mining transaction exposure.
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (three-statement models, DCF, comps).
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills with attention to quality control.
• Experience guiding junior bankers and developing talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day execution across advisory and financing transactions for Metals & Mining clients in EMEA.
• Serve as a primary client point of contact, ensuring responsiveness and professional judgment.
• Drive transaction workstreams, including diligence, valuation, negotiation support, and process management.
• Review and coordinate analytical work prepared by junior bankers to advance marketing and execution.
• Refine pitchbooks, presentations, and transaction documentation for clarity and impact.
• Oversee development of integrated financial models, forecasts, and valuations.
• Identify risks early and manage them with escalation and mitigation plans.
• Liaise with internal partners and external advisers to deliver on milestones.
• Lead client Q&A processes, management interviews, and prep for key meetings.
• Coach and develop analysts and associates through feedback and training.
• Contribute to relationship building by staying close to sector dynamics.
