Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant investment banking experience with metals & mining exposure.
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution across advisory and financing transactions for Metals & Mining clients in EMEA.
• Serve as a primary client point of contact, ensuring responsiveness and professional judgment.
• Drive transaction workstreams, including diligence, valuation, negotiation support, and process management.
• Review and coordinate analytical work prepared by junior bankers to advance marketing and execution processes.
• Refine pitchbooks and documentation for maximum client impact and clarity.
• Oversee development of integrated financial models, forecasts, and valuations.
• Identify risks early and manage them with escalation and mitigation plans.
