The EMEA Medical Education Specialist will support the medical education manager in EMEA with all programs and events along with the logistics relevant to the educational programming. In this exciting role, you can expect to deliver and work on training program development.
Some of the things you can expect to do in your first few weeks are:
Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for internal teams (sales representatives, clinical specialists, etc.) and external physicians across Europe.
Tailor training content to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders, taking into account varying levels of expertise and learning styles.
Utilize a variety of educational modalities, including in-person workshops, webinars, online modules, and printed materials, to maximize learning effectiveness.
You will also work on training delivery and support:
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to internal teams and external physicians, both in-person and virtually, as needed.
Support Medical Education Manager with logistics for all training programs/ workshops across EMEA
Ensure that all training programs and materials comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and assessments, to demonstrate compliance and track effectiveness.
About you:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, education)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical education, training, or related roles within the healthcare industry, preferably in interventional oncology or a related therapeutic area.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and educational technology tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30% of the time).
