Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Medical Affairs Operations Support with fluent German and English to join our EMEA team. You will own operational activities across Medical Affairs, Procurement, Legal and Compliance, coordinating contracts, payments and onboarding of vendors.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills, with experience in pharma or regulated environments considered a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English are essential.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive communicator.
• Experience in pharma, Medical Affairs, life sciences or other regulated environments is a plus.
• Additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HCP/HCO contracts, agreements and payments from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, medical agencies and external partners.
• Prepare contracts and supporting docs using approved templates and processes.
• Support governance activities and transfer-of-value processes.
• Coordinate onboarding of new vendors, HCPs and medical agencies.
• Track timelines and multiple Medical Affairs projects and priorities.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Procurement, Legal and Compliance teams.
• Ensure activities are delivered efficiently and in line with SOPs.
