Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Medical Affairs Operations Support role for a German and English-speaking professional. You will join an EMEA team, taking ownership of diverse operational activities and interacting with senior stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Procurement, Legal and Compliance.

You will coordinate contracts, onboarding of vendors, and governance activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

Fluent German and English required (essential).
Strong organisation and project coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive activities to completion.
Experience in pharma, Medical Affairs, life sciences or other regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate HCP/HCO contracts, agreements and payments from initiation through to completion.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, medical agencies and external partners.
Prepare contracts and supporting documents using approved templates.
Support transfer-of-value and governance activities.
Coordinate onboarding of new vendors, HCPs and medical agencies.
Manage timelines and track multiple Medical Affairs projects and priorities.
Partner with colleagues across Medical Affairs, Procurement, Legal and Compliance.
Ensure activities are delivered efficiently and in line with SOPs and requirements.
