Job summary

The Walt Disney Company Limited is seeking a Media Prep Coordinator to support content operations across EMEA, handling ingest, preparation and delivery for linear and non-linear platforms. You will coordinate workloads and delivery requirements, ensuring content meets technical standards.

Office-based role with 4 days in Hammersmith, London and 1 day remote, with some weekend flexibility. You will work with teams to ensure high-quality, timely content delivery and build strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience in media environments or with systems/processes is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is expected.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules with Content Operations Coordinators and external suppliers to meet business needs.
• Prioritise Mastering resource for QC/Conform, compliance, audio syncing and subtitling per channel requirements.
• Track materials through the workflow and ensure dates are maintained across lines of business.
• Maintain reports and perform statistical analysis as required.
