Job summary

Kenvue in Reading, United Kingdom, invites applications for an EMEA Media & Marketing Operations Student Placement. You will assist the regional media operations team, work on influencer marketing, content optimisation, data analysis, and internal communications, with hands-on ownership of projects from day one.

The role develops analytical skills, branding knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration within a global, science-driven company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related degree program
• Bachelor or Master student with a minimum of 2 semesters completed and strong academic results
• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with leadership drive and passion for Brand Management
• Work effectively with diverse teams with creativity and initiative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for compelling marketing messages
• Ability to work independently and in a team with ownership and accountability
• Comfortable with numbers, analytics, dashboards, and Excel
• Familiar with Influencers and their presence on social media

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer marketing and/or media reporting, insights, and best-practice sharing to improve campaign performance across EMEA
• Collaborate with markets, agency partners, and cross-functional teams on influencer marketing and media strategies
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies and share actionable recommendations
• Support additional projects as business priorities evolve and provide learning opportunities
