Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Marketing Operations Program Manager focused on end-to-end events in the EMEA region. You will collaborate across Field Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales to ensure campaigns drive attendance, quality leads, and measurable pipeline impact.

You will own audience strategy, data quality, and post-event reporting while maintaining privacy and governance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing operations, demand generation operations, event operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of Marketo experience with scalable programs and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to optimize workflows in event/webinar platforms (Splash, ON24).
• Experience with audience segmentation, campaign workflows, lead management, and sales follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing operations for in-person and online events.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, MKT Tech, and Sales to define plans and success metrics.
• Manage audience strategy, segmentation, registration, email, testing, launch readiness, and attendance tracking.
• Monitor attendance, address risks, and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.
• Oversee data capture, validation, enrichment, and reconciliation of attendee data.
• Oversee lead scoring, routing, nurture, and sales notifications within service levels.
• Report on campaign performance, attendance, engagement, lead routing, and pipeline impact.
• Maintain data quality, privacy, consent, and governance throughout the lifecycle.
