Job summary

Handshake is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the EMEA marketing team, focusing on events and student-facing campaigns with B2B and D2C perspectives. You’ll travel to in-person events, coordinate with partners and internal teams, and help grow foundational marketing skills under guidance.

You’ll contribute to the calendar, manage logistics, content capture, and asset creation, while building judgement and taking on bigger ownership as impact grows.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and reliability in managing multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail across copy, logistics and data.
• Curious, creative thinker comfortable with ambiguity and learning on the job.
• Clear communicator coordinating with agency partners, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Energised by variety and willing to take on new tasks.
• 2+ years' experience in marketing, events, or related role; internships count.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of the annual EMEA events calendar under guidance.
• Own end-to-end events coordination from logistics to on-site delivery.
• Travel to support B2B and D2C student events in person.
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers, escalating issues as needed.
• Assist designer to bring concepts to life in event assets and signage.
• Ensure on-site details are accurate and well-executed.
• Capture content from events and support performance reporting.
