Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience in prestige beauty, cosmetics or luxury brand management.
• Deep understanding of beauty ecosystem, multi-brand retail distribution (e.g., Sephora).
• Proven track record planning and executing large-scale experiential marketing events and integrated digital campaigns.
• Strong budget management, cross-functional leadership, agency management, and digital/analytical reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with ability to influence across functions and partners.
• Fluency in English and French; other European languages a plus.

• Own and execute 360 global marketing strategies across all consumer touchpoints with consistent brand voice and identity.
• Lead regional experiential marketing projects including pop-ups, brand activations, influencer events and press launches.
• Drive paid media strategies (social, search, display) aligned with retail objectives and campaigns.
• Collaborate with global teams and retail partners to develop localized toolkits, assets, and CRM initiatives.
