G MASS are recruiting a Loans Administration Supervisor in our London loan operations team for a major international bank. You will oversee the full loan lifecycle, from onboarding facilities to servicing events, and act as the central operational link between front office, borrowers, and lenders in the syndicate.

Qualifications

• Several years in loans administration or loan operations within a bank.
• Confidence reading and interpreting credit agreements.
• Experience leading or supervising a team with a supportive style.
• Familiarity with loan servicing platforms such as ACBS or equivalent.
• Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
• Flexible approach to cover different product areas or tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the full lifecycle of the bank's loan book, from onboarding facilities to servicing events and payoff.
• Keep loan trading settlement on track across new issue and secondary activity.
• Act as the operational link between front office, borrowers and other lenders in the syndicate.
• Monitor cash and reconciliation breaks and drive them to resolution.
• Keep senior management informed on aged items and investigations.
• Help produce management information and strengthen the control environment.
• Cover specialist activity such as insured lending and Sharia-compliant financing.
• Identify process improvements to save time and cost without compromising service levels.
• Get involved in change initiatives as the operating model evolves.
