Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to make a significant impact in a leading global law firm? Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a dynamic IT & Business Project Manager to drive multiple transformation initiatives across our EMEA region.

About Us

Norton Rose Fulbright offers a full range of IT services to lawyers and business functions across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Our Project Office plays a crucial role in delivering transformation initiatives that enable business objectives, mitigate risks, optimise operations, and modernise our technical landscape.

The Role

As an IT & Business Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of IT and business transformation projects. You will be responsible for managing activities throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with Norton Rose Fulbright's Project Delivery Framework.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Delivery using the NRF method
  3. Project documentation and tools
  4. Planning and resource management
  5. Stakeholder engagement and communication management
  6. Budgeting and financial management
  7. Change control
  8. Risk, issue, and dependency management
  9. Continual improvement
  10. Technical and business understanding

We are looking for a candidate with proven project management experience and a track record of:

  1. Delivering large-scale and complex systems implementations
  2. Leading and motivating multi-functional teams
  3. Managing change management and service transition workstreams
  4. Exceptional senior stakeholder management and communication skills

Essential Qualifications

  1. PRINCE2 Practitioner
  2. Knowledge of project management methodologies and industry best practices
  3. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  4. Familiarity with IT investment evaluation processes
  5. Vendor management expertise
