Ontario Teachers’ is seeking an Associate for its EMEA Infrastructure & Natural Resources team in London. You will analyse investment opportunities, support due diligence and help shape strategy for portfolio companies across infrastructure sectors.

You will work with senior members, produce financial models, and assist in securing third-party financing while collaborating with external advisors and management teams to drive value and strategic initiatives.

Qualificações

• 2+ years related work experience, preferably in investment banking or private equity.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics or mathematics; engineering degrees will also be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Perform financial modelling to analyse investment opportunities.
• Identify value drivers and financial risks; run sensitivity and scenario analyses.
• Assist due diligence and incorporate findings into financial models.
• Prepare presentations and investment recommendations for senior management and the Board.
• Analyze financial reports, budgets and board books for portfolio companies.
• Work with portfolio management to maintain financial models monitoring value and issues.
• Support internal valuations as part of annual processes.
