Qualifications

• Demonstrable indirect tax / VAT compliance experience.
• Experience preparing and reviewing VAT returns and packs.
• Ability to manage tax authority enquiries and audits.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• People leadership or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage indirect tax risks with timely filings and audits.
• Prepare and review VAT returns and packs for multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct GL reconciliations to support tax reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop junior professionals.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact.
