RS Integrated Supply is seeking an Indirect Tax Compliance Analyst in the UK to manage VAT returns, reconciliations, and legislation monitoring across UK and EMEA. You will liaise with RSIS finance, outsourcing providers and centre of excellence teams to ensure accurate filings.

The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent Excel skills, and proven experience in indirect tax. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in indirect tax compliance, including preparation and submission of VAT returns.
• Strong understanding of UK and EMEA indirect tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience reconciling tax accounts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple levels.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with JD Edwards and MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review VAT and other indirect tax returns across UK and EMEA, ensuring timely filings.
• Reconcile indirect tax accounts with financial statements and manage VAT registrations.
• Monitor changes in indirect tax legislation and advise on business impact.
• Liaise with outsourced providers, RSIS finance, and Centre of Excellence teams to resolve queries.
• Support process improvements and adherence to tax controls.
• Assist with VAT GL reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee indirect tax testing for JD Edwards configuration changes.
• Support tax function and business in queries from authorities and local finance.
