This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from the London office and remotely.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, the Strategy Analyst will work in close collaboration with colleagues from across the region and the Health &Talent Solutions Executive Leadership team to define, develop and support the delivery of strategic activity. The EMEA Health & Talent Executive Leadership team is a small, driven, close-knit team who work collaboratively to collectively deliver on the team’s aims and objectives. Therefore, the post-holder will be expected to work flexibly with the rest of the team, prioritising deliverables as they are required by the Head of Strategy, and members of the EMEA Health & Talent Executive Leadership.
The role holder will have a good understanding of the Health & Talent Solutions Consulting and Broking business across EMEA, and the following key skills and experience:
