Description
- Prepare and submit timely and complete monthly and annual financial statements for management reporting purposes.
- Ensure that EMEA meets all regional reporting requirements with clear and insightful commentary on all material variances and trends.
- Responsible for the accounting records, ensuring these are maintained in line with IFRS and suitable for management reporting; resolving conflicts between statutory and management books when necessary.
- Oversee the statutory audit process and ensure timely filing within the deadlines stipulated by the Companies Act and group audit reporting requirements.
- Manage the EMEA balance sheet, ensuring accurate consolidation and conducting regular reviews of individual entity balances for focus and improvement areas.
- Ensure compliance with Global and Regional accounting policies, documenting and maintaining local procedures as needed.
- Deliver monthly, half-yearly, and annual analyses of EMEA costs within the existing matrix operating model.
