Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Global Transparency Reporting (EMEA) to lead end-to-end reporting across the region. Based in the United Kingdom within the Health Care Compliance function, you will oversee governance, data management, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance and Business Technology.

You will coach a high-performing team, drive regulatory intelligence, and deliver process improvements to meet local and international disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of global transparency reporting activities, including planning, data collection, validation, submission, and post-submission corrections, ensuring compliance with laws and codes.
• Lead governance processes with reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
• Provide leadership and oversight for complex reporting, reconciliations, data quality reviews, and remediation efforts.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear goals, performance management, and career development.
• Ensure workload balance and resource allocation to support objectives.
• Build and sustain reporting and compliance skills and business acumen within the team.
• Monitor emerging transparency regulations and translate changes into actionable requirements.
• Collaborate with Health Care Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Business Technology to align on requirements and improvements.
• Drive stakeholder engagement to improve accountability for transparency responsibilities.
• Promote continuous improvement and design enhancements to improve data collection and process efficiency.
• Partner with reporting solutions and technology teams to design scalable capabilities.
