Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking an FP&A III to join the EMEA FP&A team.

You will support the EMEA Sales and Marketing functions and G&A teams, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, driving financial planning and performance analysis across regions. You will build complex financial models, manage OPEX budgets, analyze margins, and prepare executive-ready briefings to guide strategic investments and profitability.

Qualifications

• Work history sufficient for a FP&A III with 3+ years in FP&A.
• Pursuing a relevant accounting qualification (CIMA or ACCA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial planning process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of forecasts and budgets.
• Develop and enhance financial models to support complex financial analysis and decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional financial projects, collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare presentations for executive leadership, summarizing financial performance and providing operational and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Ensure monthly closing results are complete, accurate and key trends and variances understood with actionable recommendations for the business, processes or forecast.
• Produce and communicate relevant standardized and ad-hoc reports and collaborate with key stakeholders on drivers, risks and opportunities relevant to OPEX and those relevant to productivity and profitability.
• Process improvements that enhance efficiency or quality of insight delivering business value.

This role will support EMEA Sales and Marketing teams (report into Chief Revenue Officer) and G&A teams (Accounting, People & Culture, Real Estate).FP&A is a critical team in our CFO org supporting the business in delivering F5’s strategic objectives (Promises) that align to the long-term vision including supporting profitable earnings growth.Responsibilities include :1. OPEX budget management including headcount, strategic partnership with business owners, and financial analysis to support financial success of the go-to-market organisations2. Contribution margin analysis and reporting including sales discount metrics3. Quarterly reporting for EMEA Theatre level performance driversRobust and insightful reporting and forecasting expenses is essential to the Sales team’s success with an emphasis on workforce planning, travel, training & events and third party service providers.
