Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Data Administrator to join our IT Regional - Project & Program Management team in London. The role focuses on supporting the EMEA finance system (Aderant Sierra) data, master data management and data preparation for stakeholders.

You will monitor data quality, perform cleansing and governance, and work with IT, finance operations and external providers to resolve issues. Strong SQL skills and FPMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a proactive, and solutions-oriented individual with experience working with financial systems and finance operations.
• You will need to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders at all levels across the business, including for data and BI issues.
• Experience with financial systems and FPMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• User Support: respond to queries and requests for data changes, extracts and updates.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: monitor data systems, resolve quality issues and data-related problems.
• Coordinate with third party support, IT and finance operations to resolve issues.
• Data Monitoring and Management: apply data governance, maintain data taxonomies, mapping and cleansing.
• Data Acquisition and Preparation: source, collect, clean, structure data using SQL if necessary.
• Continuous Improvement: identify requirements and opportunities for enhancements.
• Help to improve procedures and processes for stakeholders.
