We are representing a global, market-leading Fortune 500 professional services organization actively searching for a Facilities Procurement Manager to join their UK team, covering the EMEA regions. The role involves working with leading life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, requiring experience in Facilities Management within these industries, and proficiency in English and German. With over 200 offices worldwide, this company offers extensive career progression opportunities and serves clients globally.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies aligned with client requirements.
  2. Lead and achieve S&P targets for client accounts, enhancing team performance and preparing monthly reports.
  3. Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with category management teams.
  4. Conduct supplier qualification checks and onboard clients following organizational procedures.
  5. Manage ESG strategy initiatives.
  6. Represent the organization in client meetings.
Experience Required:
  1. Minimum of 5 years procurement experience in facilities management, preferably with life sciences and pharmaceutical clients.
  2. Fluent in English and German.
  3. Experience in strategic sourcing and relationship development across EMEA regions.
  4. Strong understanding of IFM services.
  5. Experience working with supplies within the EMEA regions.
