Job Description:
The Reality Labs Product Experiences team produces experiences and product demos that create product and platform evangelists - bringing consumer hardware and software to market through memorable demos and experiences. We engage individuals and communities to deliver on the promise that technology builds human connections.
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, detail-oriented Event Producer to work cross-functionally to lead, execute and support events. This producer will join the Product Experiences team within the Reality Labs Production and Operations org.
This role is a temporary Maternity Leave cover from February to May/June 2025.
Location: This candidate should be located in London.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement processes and playbooks that help scale Events
Support and execute events and experiences across Meta under the Reality Labs Anywhere Program
Manage Product Experience & Operations team event requests in US and EMEA
Provide event logistics support: Experience consultation, demo design services, staffing, tech and on-site support
Availability and willingness to travel up to 50%
Help to define event post reporting processes and data collection
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in Event management or production
Knowledge with coordinating virtual and in-person events
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design and systems planning
Communication and presentation experience with proven track record of working with executive leadership
Experience managing production budgets
Experience working with event staff and vendor agencies
Experience with G-suite, MS Office
Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using judgment and analysis, providing practical, timely and proactive communication guidance and support
Experience with and proficiency in assessing data reports for metrics, trends, and patterns for communications and event-related metrics
Preferred QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Virtual Reality and/or Reality Labs Products
Level 1 technical troubleshooting of devices and engineering real-time creative solutions for events
ROLE OVERVIEW
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Pay: £65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate: London NW1 3FG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
