Tasks and Qualifications:Your Role:
Plan, coordinate, and execute both EMEA and local events, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagements to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer experience.
For some local events, there is some local support needed for the Field Marketing Managers.
Lead event planning from concept to execution, providing detailed and organised project plans, including key milestones and stakeholder involvement . Define the showcases and support local FMM with showcases in local fairs.
Develop and implement comprehensive annual EMEA Event plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights and close collaboration with the Global Events Manager, regional Commercial teams, and Field Marketing Managers to ensure events align with global and regional strategies and maintain brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts in line with procurement
Creates and manages event budgets, including reporting both real-time budget vs forecast, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial targets.
Event Lifecycle Ownership:
O rganise pre-event logistics and documentation for the shipping and assembly of mechanical showcases across Europe.
Oversee ing the booth build-up and breakdown, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials.
Prepare post-event reports and manage lead uploads . Compile event insights and ensure timely reporting and accurate upload of leads into the CRM or designated system.
Oversee the entire running of the EMEA Tier1 events , lead ing the coordination of the programme , including PR Conferences, Product launches, customer evening events and speaker sessions with the support of local teams to support or deliver where necessary.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Digital Design. However, this is not essential, and equivalent work experience will also be considered.
A background in B2B event management across international markets.
Experience dealing with the logistics of customs and imports to assist with the materials for the events.
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders under pressure.
Qualification or training in project management would be useful.
Creativity with a strong eye for detail and visual brand alignment.
Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset , excellent communication skills and attention to detail .
Ability and willingness to travel to even t locations approximately every two months (Domestic & EMEA Travel) .
