Job summary

AQR Capital Management in London seeks an Analyst to join the EMEA Business Development team with a focus on ESG and sustainability. The role supports ESG-related client requests and works as part of the established team.

You will engage with institutional investors across Europe, develop knowledge of AQR’s strategies, and help prepare RFPs, RFIs, and client materials. This hybrid role offers exposure to investment management and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2+ years in investment management, financial services, or consulting.
• Genuine interest in ESG and sustainability.
• Strong curiosity and ability to learn AQR’s strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG-related client requests including RFPs/RFIs.
• Assist with ESG stewardship, proxy voting, and reporting.
• Coordinate sustainability projects and investor inquiries.
• Develop ESG client materials and marketing content.
• Support EMEA BD team with RFPs, DDQs and presentations.
• Liaise to update marketing materials and knowledge sharing.
• Help prepare client meetings and conference calls.
