Job Description

Join our dynamic EMEA Prime Product Control team as a Vice President and make a significant impact on our financial operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a talented team, ensuring robust controls and compliance with Product Control Minimum Standards. Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and enhance knowledge across the organization. This is your chance to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the success of our business.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee the production, preparation, and reporting of the Daily P&L and Risk, ensuring accuracy and control.
  2. Partner with the wider business to implement robust controls and strategic initiatives.
  3. Provide detailed analysis and commentary on financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management.
  4. Coordinate front & back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues promptly.
  5. Identify and implement continuous improvements, adapting processes to evolving systems and requirements.
  6. Lead key projects and initiatives, including larger cross-business programs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Extensive experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Proven team management skills and stakeholder influence.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and controls.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
  • Experience with Alteryx or Python.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Qualified accountant.
  • Deep understanding of equity swaps.
  • Strong Excel skills and interest in process automation.
  • Multiple years of people management and team development experience.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and address root causes of issues.
