Job summary

STERIS is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead EO site engineering teams across Europe, ensuring reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on modernizing plants, budgeting CAPEX/OPEX, and driving data-driven decisions while coordinating with suppliers and site managers.

The position requires a BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience, 7–10 years in lieu, and full driving license. Based in the UK with global collaboration.

• Drive plant modernization initiatives and mitigate obsolescence risks.
• Develop CAPEX and OPEX plans and monitor budgets.
• Support quality performance improvements and safety culture initiatives.
• Implement data-driven monitoring and performance tracking systems.
• Oversee maintenance strategies, spare parts policy, and supplier coordination.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations managers to minimise disruption during engineering work.
• Champion standardization and lean practices across sites.
