Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Corporate Security, Crisis Management, Employee Assistance, Emergency Management or Risk Management.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional employee assistance during security incidents and crises.
• Coordinate travel disruptions, evacuations and medical matters.
• Track welfare and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Workplace, Travel and Medical providers.
• Develop regional procedures, playbooks and KPIs.
