Primary Responsibilities

As the EMEA Electrical Business Class Lead, you will:

  • Build a best-in-class practice, including:
  • Driving the community of practice
  • Partnering with stakeholders to develop a network of technical experts
  • Developing mentoring and succession strategies for technical expertise
  • Implementing communication strategies for knowledge sharing
  • Developing tools and promoting technical excellence
  • Maintaining project delivery tools, standards, and workflows
  • Partnering with Digital Delivery on digital content and workflows
  • Driving quality and leading quality initiatives
  • Ensuring project teams leverage subject matter experts effectively
  • Fostering innovation and thought leadership
  • Supporting strategic pursuits and interviews
  • Recruiting and retaining top talent
  • Enhancing client and market recognition through awards, publications, and speaking engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
