Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Director of Development - EMEA to lead originations through notice-to-proceed. You will drive regional development priorities, coordinate due diligence, and support a sustainable, financially sound project pipeline aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development execution across the EMEA region from origination through notice-to-proceed.
• Coordinate site origination, due diligence, land, power, permitting and environmental considerations.
• Maintain development pipeline visibility, milestones, risks and decisions for governance.
• Provide regional insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market conditions and capacity.
• Escalate material risks and decisions to VP and governance forums in a timely manner.
