Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking an EMEA Privacy Compliance Analyst based in London to protect personal data across the company’s global businesses. You will partner with Legal, Compliance and Risk teams to enforce privacy controls and guide product reviews.

Applicants should bring 2-3 years of data privacy experience, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and expertise in privacy laws, with a background in drafting policies and handling regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data privacy laws, rules, and industry standards.
• Ability to advise senior business people on privacy matters.
• Experience drafting policies, procedures, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide data privacy compliance advice to the business and support functions to ensure regulatory and company standards are met.
• Be the primary point of contact for data privacy compliance across Europe within EMEA.
• Advise and support the Data Privacy Officers and Governance teams as needed.
• Involve in product development/reviews to embed privacy by design and DPIAs where required.
• Respond to third-party questionnaires and inquiries and coordinate regulatory filings.
• Deliver data privacy training to employees and raise awareness of privacy requirements.
