Job summary

Colliers is seeking an entry-level Data Governance Analyst to support data management, quality and governance across EMEA. You will work with the EMEA Enterprise Data Steward to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and countries, helping translate business requirements into practical data solutions.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, support data-related processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of data governance practices within a global professional

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Data Analytics, Information Management, Finance, Mathematics, Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation, analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, business processes or technology.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from multiple sources to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies and trends.
• Support governance and management of enterprise reference and master data.
• Assist with data governance standards and processes adoption.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders and data stewards.
• Support data-related documentation, controls and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and business processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure data requirements are delivered.
