Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Director – Controls & Automation for EMEA to shape the design, standardisation and delivery of Building Management Systems across its data centre portfolio. You will be the regional technical authority, establishing scalable, repeatable controls solutions and guiding projects from concept through IST and handover.

You will lead a small regional team, oversee consultants, and collaborate with engineering, construction and operations to ensure reliability,

Qualifications

Extensive experience in controls engineering, BMS or industrial automation.
Delivery experience in hyperscale data centres or mission-critical environments.
Knowledge of technical standards, control philosophies and repeatable engineering solutions.
Strong leadership across multiple locations with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

Act as STACK’s EMEA technical authority for BMS, controls and automation.
Own the development and standardisation of a scalable EMEA BMS product.
Define repeatable architectures, sequences of operation, hardware, software and networks.
Oversee design reviews, drawings and specs; ensure integration with other infrastructure.
Lead commissioning, IST, testing and handover across projects.
