Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• CFA, CAIA or other relevant professional qualification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the EMEA consultant and OCIO strategy with Distribution leadership.
• Build strategic relationships with priority consulting and OCIO firms.
• Drive commercial outcomes including new mandates and OCIO allocations.
• Expand UK Retirement and Wealth channel integration within consultant relationships.
• Connect consultants with investment teams and thought leadership across the firm.
• Manage one junior team member with clear goals and priorities.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic insight for Distribution and leadership.
• Lead complex consultant engagements with differentiated materials and messaging.
