Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in Ethics & Compliance or similar internal control roles in Life Sciences.
• Knowledge of global Life Sciences laws and industry codes (FCPA, MedTech Europe, Mecomed).
• Ability to drive an ethical culture and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for HCP engagement compliance across EMEA and advise on ethical, compliant interactions.
• Lead sponsorship review and ensure alignment with laws and industry codes; manage contracting and audit readiness.
• Deliver targeted compliance training and support the Ethics and Compliance Programme.
