Job description

We are delighted to be acting for one of the world’s leading financial services businesses who are now looking to hire a Compensation Consultant to support their EMEA populations. This newly created role will support the business across all cash and deferred pay, short-and long-term incentives, some regulatory reporting (training provided) as well as exposure to the administration of carry and co-invest schemes, plus usual market data activities (WTW, McLagan) and benchmarking.

The scope of the role is very broad, and the role offers a rare chance to face off to the leadership. The business is looking to meet candidates with strong skills across compensation and data visualisation, producing trend analysis and being able to walk stakeholders through datasets, advising leadership on pay structures and regulatory matters as well as developing proposals for annual pay review budgets considering the competitive market, business affordability and modelled assumptions.

Due to the EMEA remit of the role, previous international experience within financial services is essential (or reward consulting into FS clients), with an understanding of how different markets operate from a reward governance perspective.
