Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Staff Growth Manager for English-Speaking Markets based in our London office. You will scale growth strategies across priority communities in the US, UK and Australia, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Data Science and Operations to drive measurable user impact.

You will design repeatable playbooks, lead cross-functional pilots and translate insights into scalable capabilities, enabling sustained ecosystem growth and performance improvements across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in user growth, community growth, product operations or market expansion, with a demonstrated track record of executing growth programs at scale.
• Strong execution skills and the ability to move from ambiguous opportunities to structured plans.
• Operational, growth, data and community/content expertise.
• Experience developing strategies across multiple markets, verticals or user ecosystems.
• Data-driven with proficiency in Excel modeling and SQL; scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy repeatable ecosystem growth playbooks for priority communities across the US, UK and Australia.
• Design, launch and scale pilots to strengthen Reddit’s ecosystem of users, communities and contributors.
• Coordinate interventions across teams to close moderator coverage and content gaps with clear ownership.
• Define success metrics and evaluation plans to distinguish intervention impact from seasonality.
• Partner with Product to translate manual interventions into scalable capabilities.
• Advocate ecosystem-growth opportunities across English-speaking markets to leadership.
