Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a data and reporting specialist to act as the operational engine for the EMEA Commercial Finance team. You will deliver reliable data, recurring reports, dashboards and process automation that enable stakeholders to focus on analysis and decision support.

You will own standard reporting, validate master data, and collaborate with BI developers and end users across EMEA. Strong Excel and BI experience, plus attention to detail, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data, reporting, finance analytics, or management-information role.
• Strong track record of preparing recurring business or financial reports.
• Ability to work with large datasets and reconcile information from multiple sources.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Experience with at least one BI platform, preferably Qlik Sense.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver recurring EMEA, HK and US reporting submissions.
• Produce Brand packs, KPI reports, scorecards and quarterly dashboards.
• Maintain standard reporting covering sales, margin, product, customer and market performance.
• Support executive dashboards and leadership reports.
• Maintain Qlik Sense dashboards within the reporting portfolio.
• Perform dashboard testing and validation following data, logic or design changes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate recurring reports.
