Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate solution design with high technical skills, leveraging a consultative sales approach and collaborating with vendor partners to manage multiple projects. Must have the ability to meet clients face-to-face, influence sales, and present effectively to C-level executives.
• Partner internally and externally to design and deliver technology solutions.
• Anticipate potential problems, act proactively to ensure accuracy and support quality.
• Own corrective actions and follow-ups for timely resolutions.
• Foster strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Utilize technology and expertise to support reseller growth.
• Manage multiple projects and meet SLAs.
• Maintain certifications and vendor knowledge, pursuing additional certifications as needed.
• Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring.
• Contribute to social media channels with authoritative content.
• Deliver on-demand training to resellers to enhance sales understanding.
• Participate in C-level briefings and presentations.
• Additional duties as assigned, including maintaining demonstration labs and developing proof of concept projects.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• HS/GED required; Technical or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Major certifications (minimum 2-3, 4 preferred) supporting assigned technology/vendor.
• 5-7+ years of industry technical experience, including creating Statements of Work and Bills of Materials, with 5 years in technology consultative sales and implementation preferred.
• Deep knowledge of vendor tools related to the technology practice area.
• Understanding of ROI, Market Trends, and Comparative Analysis.
• Ability to make on-the-fly decisions and support complex on-site solutions including design, proof of concept, staging, and configuration.
