A leading company is looking for a data analytics professional in their EMEA Claims Operations MI/BI team in Glasgow. You will lead advanced data analysis, re-engineer processes, and act as a Business Process Subject Matter Expert. Applicants should have a strong background in analytics, a degree in a relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits.
Join our EMEA Claims Operations MI/BI team, where you will provide deep data insights to COG, regional EMEA Leadership, local claims clusters/countries heads, and SLT. Your work will range from analyzing claims trends and KPIs to developing sophisticated predictive models and management recommendations. While basic data generation is handled offshore, advanced data interpretation and KPI trend analysis are conducted onshore, close to our business leaders.
