EMEA Business Operations Leader - Health Solutions

Are you an operations leader with a proven track record in Health Solutions?We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role ofEMEA Business Operations Leader – Health Solutionson a 12-14-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal position, you’ll drive operational excellence and lead the execution of our Target Operating Model (TOM) across the EMEA region. As a senior member of the operations leadership team, you’ll be instrumental in delivering complex, high-impact projects that enable scale, efficiency, and growth across our Health Solutions business.

This role offers full flexibility—whether you prefer working fully virtually or in a hybrid pattern with a mix of home and office time. With offices across the UK and EMEA, we’re open to candidates based in multiple locations.

What the day will look like

As the Health Solutions Business Operations Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our Target Operating Model (TOM) across the EMEA region. You’ll lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, scale delivery, and align regional efforts with global goals.

  • Drive transformation: Champion the design and implementation of the TOM, ensuring it reflects our global Health Solutions strategy and makes the most of Aon’s platforms and service centres.
  • Lead complex programmes: Guide a portfolio of impactful projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate across functions: Work closely with colleagues across Health Solutions, Business Services, Legal, Finance, and Technology to uncover opportunities for innovation, cost optimisation, and sustainable growth.
  • Enable data-driven growth: Support teams across the region in unlocking the value of data from global platforms and embedding scalable, repeatable processes.
  • Build and lead teams: Inspire and support a geographically diverse team of project managers and analysts, nurturing a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Represent EMEA globally: Be a strong advocate for the EMEA Health Solutions team in global forums, ensuring regional perspectives are heard, valued, and integrated into decision-making.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
  • Experience working at the intersection of business operations, technology, and change is highly valued.
  • Background in health and benefits, or experience delivering operational transformation in a technology-enabled setting, is a plus.
