Job summary

Cover Genius, a global embedded protection platform, seeks a Communications Manager in London to own media relations across EMEA and APAC, drive internal comms strategy, and support the broader global communications function.

Reporting to the Director of Global Communications, you will lead partner and corporate announcements, elevate brand visibility, localize messaging, and coordinate with global legal and executive teams on critical moments.

Qualifications

7–10 years in communications, PR, or journalism.
Regional experience across EMEA, with exposure to APAC.
Experience managing external PR and internal communications.
Background in B2B SaaS/insurtech/fintech preferred.
Fluent with AI-assisted workflows and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Build brand narrative and storytelling to translate tech and macro trends into public stories.
Develop thought leadership tracks for executives (op-eds, speaking engagements, social strategy).
Own regional PR and media strategies across EMEA and APAC.
Lead day-to-day media inquiries, analyst relations, and external agencies.
Localize press releases, pitches, briefing documents, and media lists for regional coverage.
Own internal comms roadmap and quarterly All-Hands with regional leadership.
Support global campaigns and brand messaging with regional execution.
Identify proactive leadership visibility opportunities across fintech, insurtech, and embedded finance.
