  • Ensure full compliance with tax, social security, and labour regulations while maintaining up-to-date SOPs and audit readiness.
  • Act as the main escalation point for payroll queries, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and Legal to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Manage relationships with external payroll providers, monitoring performance, service levels, and accuracy of delivery.
  • Produce clear and accurate payroll reports and insights for stakeholders, supporting business visibility and decision-making.
What You\'ll Bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience in payroll supervisory or management role
  • UK payroll experience essential; additional EMEA or Americas experience highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax legislation, and statutory reporting.
  • Experience managing outsourced payroll vendors and systems (e.g. ADP, Safeguard, Oracle).
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple countries with complex requirements.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills with confidence working with data and reports.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a payroll team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
