As our EMEA & Americas Payroll Manager, payroll processing for around 1,500 employees across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency at every step. You’ll lead a small team and partner closely with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth delivery, continuous improvement, and exceptional service for our people.
This is a hands-on, leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multinational environment and enjoys balancing operational excellence with process transformation.
You’ll manage the end-to-end payroll process across the EMEA and Americas regions, overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with local legislation, and maintaining governance. You’ll lead and develop a team of payroll administrators, acting as the key escalation point for complex queries and driving standardisation and efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.
In addition to operational delivery, you’ll play a critical role in payroll transformation initiatives — helping DAZN enhance systems, processes, and controls as we continue to scale globally.
