Job summary

Databricks is seeking a world-class leader to grow the EMEA AI Forward Deployed Engineering (AI FDE) team. You will lead customers through AI/ML transformations, recruit and develop data scientists and ML engineers, and manage a portfolio of key EMEA accounts.

Reporting to the Head of EMEA AI FDE, you will align with Field Engineering and Sales to define joint strategies, own OKRs for AI services led accounts, and shape product roadmap through voice-of-customer insights.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading and growing a data science/ML engineering team.
• Proven ability to scope and sell complex technical engagements to senior stakeholders.
• Deep technical knowledge in ML/GenAI and cloud deployments, with ongoing learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the EMEA AI FDE team with hiring, mentoring and structured growth.
• Develop executive relationships with VP+ and CIO/CDO level stakeholders across EMEA.
• Align with Field Engineering and Sales to define joint strategies for strategic accounts and ensure delivery across functions.
• Shape delivery processes, reusable solutions, and scalable engagement models for reuse.
