Job summary

Databricks is seeking a world-class leader to build and grow the UK Forward Deployed AI Engineering team. You will lead customers through AI/ML transformations, recruit top data scientists and ML engineers, and manage a portfolio of key EMEA accounts while reporting to the Director AI FDE.

You will collaborate with Product, Research and GTM, shape the product roadmap, and own OKRs for AI-services led accounts, revenue, and references.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a data science/ML engineering team in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow UK AI FDE team, including hiring and mentoring.
• Develop executive relationships with EMEA customers and partners.
• Define joint delivery strategies with Field Engineering and Sales Leaders.
• Shape scalable delivery models and repeatable solutions for customers.
