Job description
Overview

Coppersmith are delighted to be partnering with a new client seeking an EMEA Account Manager. This is a remote role.

Our client is a B2B publisher that started with one purpose in mind – reimagining the lead generation market. They pitch their content syndication services to top tier technology vendors in the UK, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. They help their clients generate leads and increase brand awareness via a highly-targeted range of email communications channels and telemarketing centres. Since 2020 they have achieved exponential growth and are looking for a results-driven self-starter to fortify their sales and account management team, introduce products to new clients, solidify existing relationships, and penetrate new markets.

Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for generating revenue from accounts across the globe.
  • Become prominent in sourcing leads and uncovering new business opportunities within new accounts.
  • Be comfortable cross-selling across existing accounts in new regions and different client product lines.
  • Liaise with operations, creative, and data teams internally to ensure clients\' campaigns run at the highest standard possible.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs regarding client contact.
  • Cold emailing and opportunity creation.
  • Present to decision makers, both virtually and in-person, the opportunities afforded by employing the client\'s extensive product suite.
  • Accurately forecast your sales pipeline to your line manager on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Assemble proposals and sales contracts for clients observing strict accuracy protocols when doing so.
  • Regularly engage in client entertainment activities throughout the quarter, hosting small groups (typically 2–10 guests) at various London venues to strengthen relationships and drive client engagement.
  • Have a remarkable opportunity for personal and career growth by pitching services to decision makers in Tier 1 technology vendors across the globe.
  • Have scope to launch sales efforts in new markets where there is opportunity for growth.
