Job summary

Treats Studio is seeking a creative, organised Embroidery and Personalisation Assistant to own the embroidery and personalisation of products.

Open to candidates with or without embroidery experience; full training will be provided. You will operate in-house embroidery machines, manage customer orders, ensure quality, and collaborate with warehouse and customer experience teams to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Creative and practical with an interest in making, crafting, fashion or design.
• Detail-oriented with pride in accurate, high-quality work.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
• Willingness to learn embroidery equipment and software.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
• Good written communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain in-house embroidery machines.
• Prepare and format customer personalisation files for embroidery.
• Personalise products per orders and brand guidelines.
• Check accuracy of embroidery including spelling and colors.
• Prepare garments for embroidery and handle them carefully.
• Perform quality checks on personalised items before dispatch.
• Identify and resolve basic embroidery or machine issues.
• Manage daily workflow of personalised orders and deadlines.
• Keep clear records of completed orders and production progress.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Customer Experience teams on queries.
• Develop and document processes as personalisation grows.
• Support wider warehouse and operational tasks when required.
